The below is to show the typical process.
To apply for ACYO 2023, there are three steps:

1. Download and Complete the Application Form
Download our 2023 ACYO Application pdf here.
Please fill out and sign all the fields on the form.
2. Submit the application form along with all the supporting documentation
As part of your application you need to submit the following:
i. Audition
Applicants are required to do a virtual audition. For this audition you need to submit the following:
Two contrasting pieces, demonstrating your ability on your instrument
Any major and minor scale + arpeggio, ascending and descending, two octaves.
Please upload your video to YouTube and send a link in the body of the email with your application.
NOTE: Educational Partners are allowed to recommend students without an audition, however, the remainder of the application must be fully completed.
ii. Submit a recent color photograph in JPEG format. Send this as an attachment to the application email.
iii. A letter of recommendation from a sponsoring organization (such as a school or music program). Send as a Microsoft Word or pdf file as an attachment to the application email.
iv. A biography of maximum 150 words, providing some background information on the applicant and their musical experience. Send as a Microsoft Word or pdf file as an attachment to the application email.

3. Pay the €100 (euro) application fee
